All the end faces and internal processing dimensions are completed in the same special equipment at one time to ensure the parallelism of the upper and lower end faces, the accuracy and the fact that all faces are on the same level, which perfectly solves the high requirements on the geometric dimensions of the cylinder, such as position deviation should be small, the shape deviation should be small. At the same time accept customized production within a reasonable tolerance range;
The inner walls of all cylinder liners are 100% inspected. Air holes are prevented; Ahe air tightness of all cylinder blocks is 100% online inspection and all tolerances are 100% online inspection and 100% online cleaning.
